A connected practice

Patient portal software for connected care

A portal can reduce back-and-forth when people can find the information intended for them. The central question is access: who is signing in, whose information can they see and which actions are permitted?

Flor is in early access. This page describes workflows to evaluate and product direction. Confirm the exact supported capabilities and rollout scope with the team.

Treat family access as a first-class requirement

Adult clients, parents, separated guardians and carers can have different rights. Review invitations, account recovery, relationship changes and revoked access. Do not assume that sharing an email address makes information sharing appropriate.

Test communications in context

Appointment details, forms, statements and messages need clear delivery and visibility rules. Review whether a notification reveals sensitive information outside the portal. Confirm the supported portal functions in your Flor demonstration before promising them to clients.

A few common questions

Is there a patient sign-in on this website?

This is Flor’s product website. It does not provide access to patient records or a clinic’s live portal.

Can several family members use one account?

Discuss the exact family relationships and access needs with the team. Shared access must be assessed carefully and verified in the clinical application.
